Introducing Kyle Hambas, a third-generation New Yorker whose family is rooted in the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Bay Ridge & Borough Park. Kyle's family eventually settled in the Westchester suburb of Scarsdale where he spent most of childhood, with the exception of a few years in Brooklyn & Newport Beach, California.
Upon graduating high school, Kyle acquired his real estate license at 18 years old, while also attending Fordham University full time. He has since garnered experience at firms like Sotheby's International Realty and Compass. As well as his tenure at a property management firm which exposed him to the technical aspects of NYC real estate.
Since joining Loftey, Kyle took the initiative to establish their sales division, which has closed almost 100M in sales since its inception, while servicing both buyers & sellers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, & The Bronx.
Kyle's time living in the Fordham section of the Bronx was his initiation into adulthood in NYC, setting the stage for his subsequent years in NYC. Since then, Kyle has called Harlem, Soho, and the Upper East Side home.
Kyle's passion for real estate is evident in his enjoyment in guiding clients through the intricate journey of buying and selling real estate, be it first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors. His perspective is enriched by his own ownership of real estate investment properties, adding a personal dimension to his professional expertise. Fun fact about Kyle: Amidst the traffic on the George Washington Bridge following a Yankees, Red Sox game, Kyle made his entrance into the world. His father took on the unexpected role of delivering him in the car, as his three older siblings watched the scene unfold from the backseat.
